Teal'c/Javelin puppy at 8 weeksAs stated on the first page of our website, Cane Corsi are NOT for everyone. This site has pointed out the time and commitment required for the breed. If you have carefully weighed this information and decided that you have what a Corso puppy deserves in an owner, you should now consider CastleGuard for your breeder.

CastleGuard’s Customer Service is impeccable! We build a good relationship with each client. Its starts during our screening and approval process and lasts the lifetime of the dog. We are here to give encouragement, advice and support through each stage of your dog’s life. Castle Guard Puppy Training Program

Jade & Aeon Feb '07Castle Guard offers a "Started Puppy" service. For an additional fee, your Castle Guard puppy can come home with the basics! This is a wonderful program that lays a good foundation in preliminary socialization, basic obedience, housebreaking, and crate training.

Merle teaches obedience. He loves the dogs and teaches them with plenty of praise and kisses. Puppies will learn basic tasks such as heel, sit and down. Toward the end of the program puppy is handed off to other members of the family and learns to obey commands even from the children.

CastleGuard Aeon, Glory & GryphonThe puppy is brought into the home and loving taught in a family setting. We raise them up like they are our own. They learn in a house filled with activity, sounds, smells and children. Under that watchful eye of "Mom" (Shauna), they get a good course in potty and crate training.

The puppies are taken on bi-weekly "adventures" to town. This instills confidence in the puppy and gets them familiar with the outside world. By the time the puppy is 16 weeks they are ready to come home. With the good foundation laid by CastleGuard and consistency by the client, obedience and housebreaking can be easily maintained.

Contact us about the "started puppy" program for your reserved CastleGuard puppy. Or about puppies already in training that might be available and suitable for your needs.
